How do I schedule a Party?
It's simple! Give us a call at 417-881-JUMP (5867) and we can reserve your time and date for you. |

Is there a deposit?
Yes, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party. The balance is due on the day of your party. |

What time should my guests and I arrive to the party?
Please be at 15 minutes before your party starts so we can get everyone checked in. |
|
Do I need to stay during the party?
Yes, the Party Parent is required to stay for the duration of the party. Other adults are welcome. |
|
Is each guest require to have a completed/signed waiver?
Yes, all guests are required, including adults, need to have a waiver completed and signed by a parent/guardian. Additional waivers are available at or online. |

Are socks required?
Yes, socks are required for the protection and enjoyment of our guests. |
|
Can I spend more than the designated play time in the inflatable arena?
Yes, once you are finished with your time in the party room you may stay as long as you like. |

Can we start the time in the party room?
We're sorry but we have found that full tummies and inflatables don't mix. We start each party in the inflatable area. |
|
Will there be a staff member to help me during the party?
Yes, you will be given a Party Host to help with your party. |
|
Can I use my own decorations and/or paper products in the party room?
Yes, but the price of the party does include this items for you and cannot be subtracted out.
Remember, we do not allow wall or ceiling decorations, streamers, silly string, confetti, or pinatas. |

Do you provide party room set up and clean up?
Of course! We want you to relax and enjoy the party and leave all the set up and clean up to us. |
|
Are gratuities (tips) appropriate?
Gratuities for our staff are always welcome. If they did a great job let them know! |

When should I order pizza, goodie bags, balloons and other options?
We will call you prior to your party to confirm the number of guest. At that time, you will have an opportunity to order extra pizzas, goodie bags, balloons, and other party options if you haven't already. |

Can I bring food and drinks to my party?
Yes, you may bring cake, cupcakes, prepackaged dry snacks, and candy to your party. Please remember that your birthday party packages include a cake and can not be refunded. No other outside food or drink my be brought into . |

Can I bring my own goodie bags and/or balloons?
Yes, you can bring your own goodie bags and balloons. We can inflate your balloons for you for $1.00 each. |

What happens if I forget my socks?
We have socks available for purchase. For your convenience, we also have cameras available for purchase. |
|
What if I need to reschedule my party?
To avoid additional charges, we require at least 8 days advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your party. You must reschedule your party within 3 months of the original date.
If you cancel or reschedule within 7 days of your party date, you will be responsible for 50% of the total party price.
If you cancel or reschedule within 3 days of your party date, you will be responsible for 100% of the total party price.
Remember that your deposit is non-refundable (sorry - no exceptions!) |
